Useless with fixing there own mistake

I did a qoute with them last year, they diagnosed me with a problem with joint bleeding.

No doctors ever diagnosed me with it or any related issues, I have contacted them about about it, they say they cant give prove what doctor or any info on it.

So you cant prove youre statement and want me to prove that I have it, how does that work?

Now my existing policy at old mutual, is going up +- R1000 cause of a false statement you guys published.

If you guys dont fix this, I will take it higher
