Useless service

<p>I have been trying to have a claim for my contact lens to be paid out of my savings for months now. I have spent 100's of rand on airtime phoning your useless call centre where you get transferred from one hopeless person to another as clearly you Don’t train your call centre staff properly. i have accumulated saving for times like this so that my contact lens can be paid for and I’m sick of phoning and no one coming back to me this claim was meant to be processed on 2017/05/16 and everytime its ment to be paid i receive a email its not covered by my scheme when im asking for it to be paid out my SAVING!!!, i now look like a non-payer to the optometrist because of momentum and if this is not rectified by the close of business tomorrow 2017/06/22 I’m cancelling my medical aid.</p> <p> </p>
