Useless Medical Aid

I have requested a claims statement for claims submitted on the 06-06-2016. I need to submit a claim to my GAP cover because Momentum does not cover even a 3rd of the costs. I cannot submit my claim to GAP cover without the claims statement and nobody at Momentum even knows what a claim statement is apparently All you people want is the monthly premium and then we are nothing to you
