Useless and rude help for me doctors

On the 23 I requested a call back from the doctor for doctors visit for my daughter. I received a call from this rude person I don't even know if she was a real doctor. I advise her that my daughter was coughing through out the nigh even vomiting, she asked me when did it start. As I was explaining she said she will send an SMS with over the counter medicine and I explained that I don't have money for over the counter medicine that is the reason I requested to visit the doctor,she said I should have not taken this plan and dropped the call while I was speaking trying to explain. She was rude. If momentum is trying to keep customers/ clients I believe your so-called doctors should go for customers service and manners classes. The so called doctor did not let me finish speaking, did not even asked for the name of the child to check if she had any visits left to go to the doctor. She just ended the call while I was speaking. This person doesn't have manner of any sort or respect for human dignity. I'm am an unhappy client and would not recommend momentum health to anyone. Guess what, the SMS received from the doctor for over the counter medicine is everything I have at home.
