UNRELIABLE AND NOT TRANSPARENT!!!

Momentum health4me says they cover specialist visit upto R1 150 per visit and up to 2 per year. If you pay cash they guarantees to refund within 3-5 days. I sent the refund request on the 19th April 2022 and today is the 8th May and till no money is paid. I have called a couple of times enquiring about my refund and they suddenly mention the 14 days period which is not written anywhere in their policies. I have used money which was meant for important purpose with hope that I will get my money back and to find myself stranded. Worse part of it all, no one will send any communication (email/ sms) updating you about the progress or at least the reason for the delay. The only email you will receive is when you submit and they tell you about 3-5 days. MOMENTUM HEALTH4ME knows nothing about client centricity. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for health insurance.
