Unreliable

My daughter was admitted for a chesk infection at Netcare. Now Momentum is refusing to pay because they suspect it could have been a pre-existing condition. How can a once off infection be a pre-existing condition.

I am paying them R9.5k for me and my daughter and they can't even settle a R13k hospital bill. They are useless and i am going to the ombudsman. I have already instructed my HR lead to cancel my membership with them, they are expensive for nothing.
