Unreasonably terminated from my medical fund.

For the last 2 to 3 years i was treated for high blood pressure and anxiety.All most every time i was at my GP i could not breath and had chest pains .All the time i was told by the GP that i had an anxiety attack.Then i got an apoinment with the specialist in Febuary 2015.At the specialist he felt my pulses in the groin and the feat after that he send me for an stress EKG and sonar, then i saw him again and he spoken to me about the results and told me the stress EKG and the sonar was normal and nothing to warry about.But also then he told me he want me to go in the future not this or even next year for an Angiogram just to have an look at the arterys.So i left his office and then in July 2015 my wife told me she wants an mediacal aid so she went to momentum.And then in November i when to an other GP and he amitted me to hospital because i had no groin pulse and feat pulse.The same specialist treated me in hospital and then told my medical aid i had an dilated aorta that i did not know about so they terminated my contact then because i didnt declare it on the apllication form b ut i could not put it on i i had not know about it.The docter and medical aid played with my live.
