Unrealist co payments

I can not understand if I have been authorized for 0,5 day procedure ,why must I pay 1 740 + 3 480 co-payment?This is a *******.I just downloaded the custom option and it reads ,only if it's an overnight stay then you pay 3 480.Even this is a *******.Companies need to look into this before signing on Momentum medical aid .Staff is paying more for this medical aid than their monthly groceries. Where does one get this money from?So ,if you don't have the co-payment,does this mean you don't get seen to?
