Unrealiable/inconsistent Momentum Health4me insurance

(Momentum Health4me insurance)...I and my spouse are covered under the mentioned medical insurance Gold option which includes major Accidental cover up R1 000 000, my spouse was involved in a bad car accident in March 2020 which now after follow up visit requires Cervical Brachialgia procedure, they decline to cover because she was discharged I challenge the decision because she is still within 6months of the accident benefit, we resubmit for authorisation they later decline due to clinical evidence provided the consultant advises that the motivational letter says my spouse been suffering for over a year with the medical condition which is before the accident ,I dispute that and the consultant advises that the clinic coach said if the specialist rectify the letter they will review the matter we resubmit with revised letter with true reflection of my spouse medical condition..the matter gets escalated to another department which rep**** after 7days and advised Momentum won't cover due to clinical information provided...I have never experienced such poor service and a product that is not transparent within a organisation that commits to care for life and my spouse continues to suffer from severe pain on a daily basis MRI, Xray and CT scans were all attached. So I just wonder if I am in a accident 2mrw what will happen and I have been paying them since May 2015.
