Unprofessional Doctor

Hi I would like to share my horrible experience that I had with Dr Tshume. Yesterday (19-02-2024) I requested a call back because I had flue then requested for sick note for 2 days then she responded by saying that she can only give me one day then I asked her why she said she can't give me 2 days just for flue. Then I was advised by momentum Agent Nomzamo to call again today to request another day then Dr Tshume called me to say they don't do that and by the way my voice is now clear I should go back to work. Then I said to her I'm the one who is sick and I know my body. The reason for me to write this review today it's because I don't appreciate how she spoke to me and it makes me wonder if it is because I am using a cheaper medical aid because that is not the way to speak to patients. I prefer hello doctor because they prescribe better medication and I don't have to go the doctor and stand in long ques where I can just call and collect medication.
