Unpaid claims

I am a member of momentum health 4me and the medical aid, custom option. Yesterday my son was sick. I first contacted hello doctor to get some advice. After describing his symptoms, the doctor immediately asked me to take him to the hospital. I requested for a referral letter but the doctor did not respond.

I took my son to Glenwood hospital and I was requested to pay an amount of R1200 before he could be treated as my medical aid does not cover their services.

They prescribed some medication and this morning I went to Dischem to get them, but that claim was also declined on both options.

I pay more than R5000 per month to be covered in case of emergencies but you have failed me when I needed cover the most. Please refund my money as soon as possible to avoid the public battle.
