Unfair business practice

I went to a doctor on momentum's network and it said he is a dispensing doctor but the doctor actually was not but wrote me a script instead and when I went to the pharmacy to get my medication I was told that my medical aid will not cover the medication. This is not fair at all, I should not have to pay for my medication for the doctor misreprenting himself as dispensing
