I have joined momentum health through work on a hospital plan and with the new year i changed to a plan (Impact) that the brokerage (tvc wealth and health managers) advertised that momentum now has and that it will cost me an x amount. Why I opted for this change is so that I can put my two boys onto the plan and it was cost effective. Signed the paperwork and later was informed that the cost was different as momentum board has approved it yet. I left it as I am powerless to complain.

Now hubby is on the lower option Ingwe and this is based on your income bracket, he is a commission worker and they are working it out on his gross amount. They were charging him an x amount and now are charging him based on an average earning over the past dont know how many months and they are increasing the premium.

Like seriously how unorganised can you be? I have informed this brokerage that I am no longer interested in Momentum Health and will look at alternative options purely due to the lack of professionalism and lack of ethics!
