Unauthorised deductions

I made a direct deposit to pay my Medical Aid fees as my stopover for January 2018 did not go through. Sent proof of payment and was informed that my suspension was lifted. Initially enquired whether this could be done by debit order but was told that this couldn't be done.

Received notice that double the amount due was taken off by debit order early February. Attempts to speak to a supervisor was unsuccessful for more than a week.

Still no feedback!
