Unable to get a quote for medical aid

Just want to get a quote for Medical aid from Momentum, I have tried: - to log a call on the website, but then I get phoned by some other 3rd party broker - Multiple phone calls with no success, I have spent more than 30 minutes being transferred between department but no one was able to help me. I had to ultimately log a call back with the customer service department because the sales department was not available at all.
