Took forever to pay claim then paid wrong person

A claim that I submitted in April took a month to be processed!!! Then when it was processed they paid the suplier instead of me even though i had submitted proof of payment with my claim...how long are you now going to take to sort this out and reimburse me. Im already waiting for almost 2 months for payment!!!!!!
