Tired of Momentum

I am tired of fighting with this medical aid scheme for the bare minimum. I call in a request for authorization on the 7th of March. The procedure is for the 14th March which is tomorrow. I sent in the motivation letter on the 8th March and until today i received only that they will have an answer within 3 business days. I had a similar procedure last year which they covered and after calling them from Monday until today the consultant says to me they looking at a state facility first. Still no email or feedback. Just me calling in like a mad person sitting with unbearable pain.
