Time wasters

Unbelievably poor in communication and correspondence.

I’ve been trying to sign up with them and they don’t reply to emails at all. They send emails requesting info and then won’t respond when I have questions.

Also I wanted to be covered ASAP, they then said I’d have to pay for the full month but now they taking their time. Which means I must pay for them wasting time.

Unacceptable.
