THEY WONT RELEASE MY SAVINGS BUT SOME OF MY CONSULTATIONS ARE OUTSTANDING.
<p>Hi,</p> <p> </p> <p>I have a problem and i am getting irritated.</p> <p> </p> <p>I changed the medical aid when i changed employment, from Momentum to my current one. They (momentum) told me i will get my savings after 4 months. In the meantime i have outstanding fees from 2016 which they havent paid and some have been handed over to the attorneys and have incurred some interests.</p> <p> </p> <p>When i call their call centre those people will be sounding like programmed machines not answering what you are asking them.</p> <p> </p> <p>CAN I HAVE MY MONEY PLEASE BECAUSE I WILL BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE TO PAY THAT INTEREST INCURRED BECAUSE OF YOUR STUPID PROCESS.</p> <p> </p> <p>P</p>
