they called and gave her more wrong info

Momentum So my wife is covered under momentum health and is currently pregnant. We went to genesis maternity clinic because she was told that the it's the best option bases on the plan. She then calls them today and guess what all of a sudden it's no longer covered by the plan, the consultant also just found that out. She is forced to use in house hospital Doctors but the non of the Doctors covered under momentum work in house. So she is forced to pay for a medical aid that does not cover even 1 of our medical needs just like the claim they had for life insurance 2 years ago they coming up with excuses not to pay claims it's going to cost R40000 to cover our cost of labor and maternity care so why do we need the medical aid why does momentum exist... Should FSC not be investigating such activities on behalf of consumers?
