Their service is poo...

Their service is poor and they don't assist on time ,I requested an authentication today no one assist me and I have to have the authentication to go see the doctor, I didn't go to work or to the doctor because of their poor service, I ended up requesting hellow doctor, which didn't help either, I kept getting messages that someone will contact me, up to now how one has done that,tomorrow is the second day I'm still sick no authentication number or a hello doctors call
