Theater declined for 9 year old

My 9 year old son who is terrified of dentist needs to have 2 root cannels and other dental procedures done. Due to his history with dentist, our new dentist said she will have to perform the procedure in theater. Momentum declined it because my son is older than 7 years old. My dentist sent in a motivation. I phoned in to motivate. They could not be bothered. Rules is rules. Well, your rules suck! It is ridiculous. In my opinion all primary school children should be covered for these type of dental procedures in hospital. The child has been in pain for more than a month now. The work is too much for a single dental session in a chair. 3 sessions would be needed. In the mean time my child is exposed to 3 sets of antibiotics due to your rules. We all know all the complication and negative effects the constant use of antibiotics bring.
