The Worst Medical Aid In SA

It is with utter disappointment that I have to resort to this platform over a medical aid which I am paying for 100%, month on month. For the 3rd time now, I want to state that momentum is by far thee worst medical aid to be with and nothing can convince me otherwise. I have been diagnosed with gallstones and possible obstructive jaundice (which is life threatening) and all momentum is doing is giving me the run around and possibly increasing my hospital stay and prolonging my illness. All because of pre authorizations that could have been sorted out during my admission. This is frustrating me because why does a specialist need to motivate for needing to help me out as a patient by ordering tests that will assist me, but momentum is acting up. Please get your act together medical specialists are professionals who know what they are doing. Also please authorize my tests as soon as possible. This is so upsetting and downright embarrassing.
