The worst, don’t fall for it

I’m so disappointed with this company. I had such high hopes for them and they have been nothing but a disaster. I’ve been paying for a few years for every member of my small staff, first they deny a routine dental bill. Totally within the plan, but they still won’t cover it. So we move on. Then a member of the plan has an emergency appendectomy surgery. We go to the exact hospital they cover, she even opts for the non-key hole surgery cause it’s cheaper, and ever medical professional says there is no way to not be totally covered for this. And again they denied everything! Leaving them forever and highly recommend you never join. I would have been better off putting the money into a savings account. Then when you get on the phone with them, a totally *********** person is on the other side of the line. Truly, disappointed at every turn.
