The worse medical aid EVER!

<p>First of all i heard momentum health was such a GREAT medical aid went over from my works medical aid to momentum custom plan.i am on the plan for almost 3 weeks my child went to the ENT today they said that he needs gromnets asap book him in for tommorow 11/07/17 phone momentum to get a auth number BIG issue.because they need a clinical history NOW THAT I NEED THE MEDICAL AID THEY NEED A HISTORY THE HELL WITH YOUR SICK CHILD.what if i was in a accident or anything sorry man we cant help you DIE we need a history!</p> <p>If they told me this when i did my application they need this then i wouldve done it.But they did not.Now that my chid seeks medical treatment he has to wait.BUT OH BOY THEY WANT THEIR MONEY AT THE END OF THE MONTH.Now my child has to wait till they are satisfied.Im DONE WITH ANY MOMENTUM PRODUCT YOU CAN TAKE YOUR AUTH AND STICK IT UP WHERE THE SUNDOES NOT SHINE.AND IM NOT GOING TO LEAVE IT HERE BELIEVE ME.</p>
