The service from Momentum health is beyond frustrating when you need them most

30 October 2021 I was admitted in hospital and apparently the authorisation was not granted and reason being that Clinical History Assessment has been initiated I have no problem with that but the time line associated with it is a problem I have been advised by my doctor that I need to go to a rehab center to recover after the whole stroke and now momentum health keeps giving me the run arounds they needed the doctors to fill in my forms they did now they told my hospital that I must call them to answer more questions when I left the ward to go to reception to call them spoke to lady by the name of Kelly who first refused to talk when the hospital staff called to enquire on the update. As if they was not bad enough she hang up on us when we tired to make sense of all the different stories they telling us. So now the hospital bill goes on going up while I just lay here and do nothing while waiting for you to decide when the information sufficient all the information you requested I was told the doctors provided now am being told a different story. What makes this worse they telling me the matter is still under investigation yet am already receiving rejection emails of the hospital stay. And what's worse is that it's not the first time they doing it last month I called for a casualty authorization then they went and rejected all my claims saying that the hospital did not call them even when I called them before and advised that am going to the hospital. They told me I was supposed to make sure that the hospital called them so does this mean that I am supposed to forget about my health care and start advising the hospital staff how to do their job. Now I can't even worry about my health anymore I worry about this situation and if it will be sorted if I be able to rehab.. I might as well get another stroke From all this worry
