THE Most Unprofessional service ever

I have decided to go with momentum thus then setting up everything as in life you cant go without medical aid I clearly read through all the contracts and move forward to proceed with my application. When the time came to debit they sent me a tax invoice of double the amount and stating this was because it is paid forward no where in my contract this was stipulated and the broker also did not notify my about this long story short they sorted this out then came the actual debit date the 1st Of every month and no debit order taken 2 weeks later no debit order taken then i phoned the broker and told him if this is what happens i will never in my life stay with them as what they say and what they do is two different things i cancelled my contract immediately NO SERVICES WAS even available to use yet no cover and then the month after that came and boom debit order for cancelation of contract this is the most unprofessional company that i have ever delt with. Our company also uses them for long term life insurance and i am buys moving all our employees to another company due to this fact and unprofessionalism
