The absolute worst

Momentum health doesn't even deserve one star. The worst possible medical aid, worst service, worst staff. Consultants that scream at you because you are wasting their time (yes Im quoting the one consultant- I have requested recordings) They always look for reason not to pay, and co-payments are given on everything!!! Momentum does not want to give authorisation for procedures. I have been a member of momentum health for 7 going on 8 years. We only started using the medical aid once we gave birth. It’s been done. I deserve a medical aid that can offer assistance when needed. I am dropping Momentum and my husband has been in touch with Bonitas and Discovery to see what they can offer us. All in all it’s terrible. I wont recommend.
