Momentum Health has a partner called My Bloom Momentum Health, that offers medical health insurance. I had an incident that related me cancelling this policy with them. I had a Mr. Roger Naidoo calling me from Momentum Service and Recovery and Quality Assurance, who today I want to thank and praise for his excellent customer service. He contacted me regarding my complaint and assisted me in a very quick, sufficient and friendly manner. He is an asset to Momentum and really makes the bad experience forgivable.
