Terrible Waste of time and money.

Joined this medical scheme through a broker. I was told I would be excluded on on medical condition for 3 months, instead, they gave me a total exclusion for 3 months., despite being on a medical aid for more then 20 years. I decided to remain on Discovery - however getting these guys to cancel my policy was a nightmare - 6 weeks later they are still debiting my account (for gap and medical cover). God help you if you want to phone them - minimum 30 minutes hold and no one knows anything. You ask for escalation - they say it has been escalated and do exactly nothing. **** to by the broker - money ******. What a terrible company.
