Terrible Service, Not trust wealthy

I have been using momentum health. i never missed any premium. I have asked them to send me the list of Doctors that i can consult with at Limpopo. especially at Malamulele. they did send me the list.

i took my Son to the doctor on the list provided, The doctor refused to assist my son because momentum does not pay his when assisting people using their medical aid.

i then called momentum to get help, all they can do was to say the Doctor is on the network, he will assist me. while i was telling them that my son is dying there at the doctor and the doctor is refusing to assist .

I'm really disappointed and now i dont know what to do and which doctor can assist my son at home when he is sick.
