TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM CLAIMS DEPARTMENT
Have been waiting since February for a claim to be paid for a Drs visit in January. Have submitted the claim many times. My broker has also sent numerous requests. Because of this, I will have a negative credit score as I am being threatened by the Drs with legal action. There are funds available but payment is still not happening.
