Terrible Service

<p>Since Wednesday the 03 May 2017 I have been trying to apply for Medical Aid. I started off by requesting to be called back, when an agent called, she told me that she can't assist me with the Ingwe option and she would get someone to assist me. I waited and nobody called. I sent an online application and received a reference number. I called the following day and I was told that my application is in progress. I didn't hear from them up until I called again on Monday 08 May 2017. They told me they cannot find my application on the system, they kept tranferring me from department to department until the last extension they hung up on me. I called again and was told that only a lady by Mapula assists with Ingwe option, i was promised that she would call me back, she never did. I left messages upon messages to get this lady to call me back but I guess nobody seems to care. I went on the website chat and spoke to Amber who took my details and promised me assistance but that too was a blatent lie. </p> <p>I am extremely disappointed and disgusted with the service, lies and empty promises.</p>
