Terrible medical aid

Momentum medical aid is terrible... It is shocking that you pay medical aid and when you use the medical aid in an emergency going to hospital you have to be hit with countless accounts afterwards... When you enquiry why are the things not covered you either told its not part of your plan or you told we only pay certain amounts... I feel we pay medical aid but then get ****** when we have to use it... It is not like we use it every day and exceed the whole medical aid every month or year... When you read what gets paid and what does not get paid you still hit with accounts and they still not liable because they don't pay for it all... I would not recommend using momentum health because you will pay out your ears in accounts after and all you get it we don't pay this, we don't pay that, it's not covered. Ridiculous...
