Terrible

<p>When everyone else said Momentum was the worse,I still gave them benefit of the doubt and joined the scheme last year, when I joined I started with momentum Health4me and in January I upgraded to Momentum ingwe. When I joined the scheme in August I was not Pregnant and when I had upgraded to Ingwe I was 3Months pregnant, I am giving birth in June and the terms and conditions of the confirmation sent to me in January state that “ No exclusive terms and conditions” to all major benefit since I have been with the aid and only did a recent upgrade. And last week when I requested for Authorisation code to give birth at Brenhurst I was later told that the medical scheme will not cover,the agent I spoke to was rude,I mean very rude and had told me I can take it up with anyone I wanted to but the scheme will not pay and Thulisile Mabindisa who sent the email through to me has not responded to any of my emails till this day !They requested for my Doctor to fill in forms and he did so,no one has bothered to contact me.</p> <p>Bad service soon to terminate contract </p> <p> </p>
