Termination unfairly

Quick to terminated my parents medical aid , where you are at fault. Requested option change with motivation letter to change my parents to cheaper option as they are on pension and cant afford R10000 a month no more and just to add they still have to pay in on all chronic medicines . You approved request and we had to mail back that we approved amount needed to be paid back that was used on savings. No response received back from momentum

According to us all was sorted. And new option would have been deducted which is by half less than the first option.

So there was only enough money in that account for the new options premium and you still deducted the R10000 premium. Now sending emails back and forth all communication I receive is medical cancelled

My parents are old, and now you truly expect of them to reapply...
