TCF is not exercised at Momentum!!!!

I’ve been trying to change my banking details since 20 October and Priscilla Moodley every second day sends me a new requirement. I specifically asked her, Phaphani Sigcu, Krystle Kirkwood, Sinenhlanhla Dlamini and whoever else to send me all the requirements in ONE email so that it can be done at once. Instead they insist on wasting my time.
