Tax certificate not provided

i have send numerous emails and called the call center of Momentum to request my tax certificate. I have been waiting for over three weeks and still haven't received any reply. I am so frustrated because I need to finish my tax returns and can't do so without that document. The company could provide even an indication that they received my emails or just any sort of communication will do.
