Tax Certificate

<p>Good day</p> <p>Momentum is just keeping getting worse and worse!!!!</p> <p>3 Weeks back i requested my tax certicate from momentum health. I login on the site and requested my certificate. In this week i also went on again and requested it again.</p> <p>Yesterday l login in on my profile again and chat to one of the agents on the Momentum chat.. I explain everything to her and she took all my detail and say she will give it to the necessary peopl to send my tax certificate.</p> <p>And here I'm still waiting for my certificate!!!</p> <p>This is the first year that I struggle so much with momentum to get my tax certificate. Each year Momentum is so fast to send us this certificate withput any hussels!!!</p> <p>I'm considering to cancel my medical at Momentum and go over to Discovery.</p> <p>This is bad for a big medical like momentum and I'm not very satisfied!!!!</p> <p> </p>
