takes forever to answer, only to get your call disconnected

Experience was horrific, they make you hold on for more then 9.46 minutes, after they authenticate you, you hold on again, then all of a sudden the call gets disconnected. You try again for the 2nd time, only to repeat yourself to another consultant, then he transfer me to another department and only to get the phone put down on you.
