Surgery next week... Momentum does not care.

I will have surgery next week and my surgeon told me I will need an Iwalk3 to get up and down stairs and to be able to return to work and not damage the operated foot.

You have requested and received a motivational letter and quotation on the 4th of March. I was told, in writing, that this request will be reviewed and I will receive a response within three working days and if there is a delay you will respond to me. Well the three working days have come and gone and not a word from you. This should be covered under media and surgical appliances in hospital and as a medical aid you should understand the necessity if certain medical appliances after surgery.

It is stressful enough to know that surgery is around the corner and you are only aggrevating this by ignoring me.

There is a large flight of stairs at my house as it is a double storey house. How will I get to the front door without the correct appliance? What if I injure myself? Then I will have to get surgery again and it will cost another R100000, more pain and suffering.
