Student account not change

Lets first start with the heading. The account change did not happen in time and now R 2029 plus the unpaid fee was deducted from my account. As an student I was paying for a full account for the last 2 years. I realised this an want to make a account change before I had to provide proof of income(if no proof of income was provided my bill will be R1000 more) I requested the change on the 2 Nov'15. Its been submitted on the 24 Nov '15 to membership department. Long story short it seems that the change was not made. I can not afford this full amount, that's why I made the change to the student account. I'm not pleased with this an believe that I do not have an medical aid because the amount deducted was more that was available in my account.
