struggling to get c-section claim paid out

my wife was admitted for an emergency C-section 3 months back.<br> The Gynea charged a total 7383 which doesn't seem that exorbitant and only 3710 is being covered by momentum medical aid.<br> If I call momentum they say its because of the codes but they cannot tell me what the correct codes are for a emergency C-section so that the right amount is paid out, doctor says its correct from what they know.<br> <br> Everyone I spoke to that had a emergency C-section said they did not have such a big shortfall to pay in.<br> I'm no expert in ICD and Tariff codes but this doesn't seem right.<br> <br> Momentum, you know what the codes are and how emergency C-sections get submitted to you normally and will know if this was submitted correctly.<br> Check and tell me where this is going wrong, or else I start looking for alternative medical aid plans with another provider<br> <br> Regards
