Still waiting on our Medical aid Cards

Can someone from HQ contact me. We have been with Momentum for a month now and still haven't received our medical aid cards. I understand if there is a problem or something, but what if something happens to my infant then in your mind set then I won't be able to go through my emails to find the medical aid number. Please can someone contact me urgently and explain the delay.
