Still waiting on my claim resubmission to be handled

I don't understand why I only get service when complaining on Hello Peter, surely Momentum would like to avoid that??? I guess not!! Well, here goes... I did a claim resubmission on 25 January this year and it is still not processed. It doesn't show on my online portals claim tracker. I phoned about this 3 times in the last month and each time they say it is being processed and yet here we are, in March, with no proof of this being resolved soon.
