Still waiting on confirmation of membership after 2 months after I app****
<p>I have been trying for the last two months to obtain membershp from Momentum. Everytime I receive an email that I have to submit an outstanding documents. They don't send everything in one email.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was a member since 4 months ago and I decided to re- apply for membership. I don't think that they know their ass from their elbow! That is why I can understand that their average rating on Hellopeter is 2.6!</p> <p> </p> <p>Momentum I have comp**** with your requests! Let me know if you want to admit me as a member. I am a low risk member as you can see from my previous record with you.</p> <p> </p> <p>If I get no joy from this; my next step will be the Medical Aid ombudsman and Council for Medical Schemes/</p> <p> </p> <p>Get your ass in gear!</p>

I reported Momentum to the Council for Medical Schemes and the late joiner penalty fee were lifted but they still insisted on the 3 month waiting period. I decline thir membership and I was accepted by another medical scheme, Topmed, without exclusions. Avoid Momentum at all costs!
