STILL NO MEDICAL AID CARD DELIVERED

To date I still have not received the medical aid cards for my children. I have been contacting Momentum numerous times and they keep telling me that they have been posted. i have been paying for over a year now and still n o card. My children struggle when they need to use the medical aid. This is bad service. What is worst is I am paying for both children and get such poor service. I always need to pay cash when there is a medical aid
