STILL NO MEDICAL AID CARD DELIVERED

URGENT URGENT URGENT !!!!!! Momentum contacted me and said my card would be delivered in 5 working days. it is now more than 8 working days. this has been going on for too long now. every time they promised to deliver my kids cards and nothing is delivered. i have been paying and waiting for over a year for the cards. why can they just not keep their promise to deliver the cards. what are they not telling me? i am really upset now. perhaps i should move my kids
