STAY AWAY FROM MOMENTUM HEALTH

I've had to use my medical aid twice since I've had it. Both times were super upsetting! Don't think when you lying sick in hospital or in pain that Momentum will make it easy for you.

I'm paying over R2000 a month just to be told that I have to fish out money in the middle of the night to pay for my meds after a painful surgery. Momentum was supposed to cover 7days worth of meds after my operation but they didn't!! I had to phone around like a beggar at 7pm to get someone to give me R500 just so I could buy pain meds as I haven't received my pay yet.

I have mailed Momentum with proof of payment and the letter from them that stated that they would cover 7days worth of meds. I HAVE HEARD NOTHING!!

So guess what. After paying momentum on time EVERY TIME they will be hearing or seeing nothing from me either. I'm done wasting my money.
