Stay away from Momentum Health

Stay away from Momentum health! They will always find an excuse not to pay. I'm with this medical aid for about 5 years now. The reject every claim with an different excuse. They take my R4200 every month but they don't pay for anything. I have asked for authorisation for an Covid test before an medical procedure. They refused to pay a cent. They only pay if you have symptoms. I'm defnitely in the market for a new medical aid.
